Soft skills may be considered problem-solving skills. They describe how you work – both alone and with others and are important aspects of developing your workforce persona. They include critical-thinking, collaboration, communication and other interpersonal skills, among many others.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) may be described as organizational frameworks that articulate useful criteria for promoting the fair treatment and full participation of all people in the workplace – particularly groups who have been the subject of discrimination and marginalization on the basis of identity or disability.
